During the cold time of year, we are constantly searching for cosy warmth and new energy. And it’s all the lovelier when this force and warmth also comes from within. In this recipe, RINGANAchi works as a natural energy boost, with fresh ginger, orange peel, and spices warming and invigorating from inside.
Ingredients:
- 250 g organic flour
- 165 g plant-based cultured butter
- 85 g fine organic cane sugar
- 10 g fresh ginger
- 1 untreated organic orange
- 1 g blades of mace
- 3 g black peppercorns
- 10 g green cardamom
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 bottle of RINGANAchi
Method:
Firstly preheat your oven to 165 °C. To make the dough: mix the flour, butter, sugar and salt together well. Knead into a smooth dough and put in a cool place. Peel the ginger, dice it very finely and set aside. Finely grate the orange peel. Dry roast the mace, cardamom and peppercorns in a pan. Then crush them very finely in a spice grinder and mix in with the dough. Next add the ginger, grated orange peel and the RINGANAchi and knead well again. Roll out the dough and cut your biscuits into whatever shapes you want. Place in the preheated oven and bake for 15 minutes.
